The Olympus SuperZoom 70 was first released in 1993 and is a 35mm point & shoot camera with autowind and rewind, a built in flash & a self timer. The main feature is the zoom lens which covers a range of 38mm wide angle to 70mm F4.5-7.8, 5 elements in 4 groups.
Light, compact design and a sliding lens barrier enhance portability and handling ease. The flash system automatically regulates flash brightness according subject distance, providing full-power illumination when the subject is far away, and soft-flash illumination when the subject is up close. Multiple flash modes are provided to ensure beautiful results in a wide range of shooting conditions. The focusing range is 0.6m - infinity.
