I already have a Salvos Stores online account. Why do I need to create a new one?

Since launching Australia’s first online op shop in May 2020, we’ve been listening to our customers and made some exciting changes that make it even better to shop with us online. This meant that we needed to build a new, much-faster online store from the ground up. All sensitive account details are encrypted for security purposes, including your passwords. As a result, we now need you to set up a new account to ensure your accounts remain secure.

How can I find details of my old orders?

Will I still be eligible for a refund on previous orders?

Can I use my Club Card online?

Unfortunately, at this stage, you cannot use or redeem Club Card points online. Rest assured, you can still use our loyalty programs in-store.
