Absolutely. Go to the Returns page (www.salvosstores.com.au/returns) and your email address and order number to start the process.
Shipping is charged per store and per order. We can't combine shipping across multiple stores. If you've placed multiple orders from the same store on the same day, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. Orders aren't combined automatically, and we can't guarantee that shipments already in progress can be merged or that postage will be refunded.
Unfortunately, at this stage, you cannot use or redeem Full Circle Rewards points online. Rest assured, you can still use our loyalty programs in store. You can check the balance of your Full Circle Rewards Card account in store at any time.

Yes, the Unisex “category” has been made redundant as it has caused confusion for our team and some customers. Instead, we have created a dedicated Unisex C“collection” making it easier to browse and discover a curated range unisex items.
Our improved location finder now includes selected partner locations that also accepts eligible donations. If you wish to see Salvos Stores listings only, simply untick the “Include partner locations” checkbox.
