This Royal Doulton collector plate from Staffordshire, England features a charming design with thankful teddy bears, making it an ideal addition to any collection. This Franklin Mint collector plate is a must-have for fans of teddy bears and Royal Doulton enthusiasts.


This collector plate has a picture of a teddy bear kneeling next to a bed saying nighttime prayers and around the border of the plate printed in blue is "Now I lay me down to sleep”. The plate was illustrated by the artist Linda Hill Griffith and produced by the Franklin Mint.


The plate measures 20.8cm (8 1/8") dia., 2.5cm (7/8") height. There are no chips or cracks - it is a lovely display plate, it has a glossy finish and there is minimal to no wear to the gold.


The base of the plate is backstamped “The Franklin Mint heirloom recommendation, Royal Doulton, Teddy says his prayers, by Linda Hill Griffith, Limited Edition, Fine bone china, Plate No. PD 5085, Royal Doulton, England".
