In-Store Exchange & Refund Policy

Your shopping experience is important to us. That’s why for items purchased in store, you have 30 days to return or exchange at any Salvos Stores location. Whether you simply change your mind, or your purchased goods are faulty or aren’t as described, all you need is valid proof of purchase and product tags attached to be eligible.

Stores that cannot handle large items such as whitegoods, mattresses or furniture will kindly refer you to another store where a refund/exchange is able to be processed.

Please note, refunds will only be made to the original form of payment and won’t be permitted if item/s are damaged by incorrect use and/or if proof of purchase can’t be established.
