Full Circle Rewards is the in-store loyalty program creating Change for Tomorrow. By signing up to our Full Circle Rewards program you'll earn a point for every dollar you spend. This point is equal to 5c credit towards your next shop.

Points accumulate each time you shop in-store & can be redeemed at on any in-store purchase, at any time. For example, if you spend $100, you’ll earn 100 points, which will give you $5 to spend at Salvos Stores. In our circle it pays to shop, and as a bonus by shopping with us you will also be doing your part for the environment & for Aussies doing it tough.

By shopping in-store at Salvos Stores Australia wide. For every dollar you spend in-store, you'll earn a point, equal to 5c credit towards your next shop. 

Points can be earned on any purchases of donated product within our stores. Points cannot be earned the purchase of gift cards, new product or on monetary donations such as for Red Shield Appeal.

Full Circle Rewards is available in-store only, at any of our 400+ locations.

You can sign up to Full Circle Rewards at any Salvos Stores location nationally. Membership to the Rewards Program is free. You may register to be a member of the Rewards Program if you are aged 16 years or over and have a current Australian residential address.

To join our circle, you will need to provide your full name, phone number, postcode and email address. By signing up, you agree to our terms and conditions available here.

You can check your current points balance at any Salvos Stores location Australia wide, by using this online form or by contacting us on 13 SALVOS (13 72 58). 

Point balances are also visible on your receipt for in-store purchases and we may periodically send you a rewards credit summary using the contact details provided. 

Points will only expire if you do not earn or redeem any points/rewards credit on your account for a period of 12 consecutive months, in which case your points/rewards credit will automatically expire and we may also terminate your membership and close your account without notice to you.

The purchase of new items, gift cards and donations made to Red Shield Appeal in-store do not contribute toward Full Circle Reward Points. 

Yes, you can earn points when you pay using a gift card.

Yes. If you return an item, those reward points are taken off the balance. If the points have been redeemed on another purchase before the return was made, your points balance will go into the negative.
