This "Eagle" lamp is in great, complete condition, just needs a wick.
Built in 1853-54. Thomas' sons sold the brass mill in 1869 to Holmes, Booth and Atwood, a Waterbury firm founded in that year; the name was changed to Plume and Atwood (P&A) in 1871 to avoid confusion with Holmes, Booth and Haydens, another Waterbury firm.
