A traditional Chinese double-sided silk embroidery screen, featuring giant pandas in a bamboo grove. It is a classic example of Suzhou embroidery (from Jiangsu province) which is renowned for their highly detailed, fine needlework that looks identical on both the front and back sides without any visible knots or loose threads. The piece is mounted within a circular wooden desk frame on an ornate stand, and comes inside its original silk-lined presentation box complete with an authenticity and care description booklet.
