It has accent pleats over the bodice and one shoulder and is complimented by black & dark navy blue lace, full retail price as per label was $335.00 dollars and was marked down to $239.00. There is a small pull in the chiffon drape that skims over the shirt from the waist which is barely noticeable. Refer to photos for full details.
