Designed to let the craftsmanship do the talking. This 1461 3-eye shoe is built from waxy Overdrive leather and stands on an exaggerated smoke Bex sole with a rugged cleated tread. The shoe has an exposed steel toe cap and print detailing inspired by a DM’s marketing slogan found in the archive that reads: Request The Original & Only Genuine Article. The signature contrast welt stitching stands out in white against a notched black welt. The upper is detailed with heavy white stitching.
Product Features:
- Second off the DM's production line. Designed for workshops and factory floors — elevated on streets and stages. The 1461 shoe is a 3-eye silhouette championed for its versatility
- Overdrive is a waxy milled leather with an oily finish. Clean away dirt with a damp cloth and allow to dry, then apply Dr. Martens Shoe Polish for shine or Dr. Martens Wonder Balsam for a waxy feel
- Elevated edge you can wear every day. The Bex sole has exaggerated deep cleating and adds a little extra height. Designed to test your limits.
- The Goodyear-welted lines are heat-sealed and reinforced with the signature welt stitch.
