This is a Franklin Mint "Treasure of the Dolphin" collector plate. 
  • It is a limited edition fine porcelain plate created for the Franklin Mint Heirloom Collection. 
  • The artwork, featuring dolphins and a sunken ship underwater with a sunset above, is by artist Delmary Dennis. 
  • The plate is for decorative purposes only and not intended for food consumption. 
  • It measures approximately 8.5 inches (21.5 cm) across. 
  • The series was produced in the 1990s and is now discontinued.
