This collection of 4 drink coasters was given out by the Newlands Coal company for employees who reached 10 years service in there mine.
The mine was situated in the Bowen Basin near Glenden QLD and was closed down in 2023 and is currently in a rehabilitation phase.
These 4 coasters depict a different piece of mining machinery on each and are made out of Pewter with a felt base and come in a felt bag.
They would be a perfect addition to any mining history collection.
