This is a Roscoe Medical TENS 300 unit which is a Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation device used for pain relief.
This item features a duel channel analog unit that uses microprocessor technology for precision control over the settings like pulse rate and width. It has a built in timer for 15 minutes 30 minutes or 60 minutes. This unit is run by a 9volt battery and comes in a portable case including 4 pads and the wires needed to connect and run the unit as well as an instruction book.
