A mid-century "Big Eyes" oil painting by the 20th-century French street artist Claude Feran. Feran who was active during the late 1960s and 1970s, famously painted these stylized "street urchins" (or Poulbots) directly for tourists in the historic art district of Montmartre, Paris.
