Stamp collection issued in 1983 by the Commonwealth Secretariat to commemorate Commonwealth Day 14th March 1983. In good condition. Includes certificate of authenticity is Number 02652 of Limited edition of 20,000, albums, printed in England. The collection has been exposed to damp as there are some signs of mould on the spine of the cover and there are stains around the bindings of the pages. Additionally, the is minor damage to the bottom corner of the cardboard outer sleeve, refer to photos for details
