This preowned, good condition, UK first edition (1986) collectible soft cover coffee table book featuring concept art and illustrations from the cult classic 1986 film Labyrinth.. The content includes detailed profiles and drawings of various goblin characters designed by Brian Froud, and contributions from Terry Jones (Monty Python member), who wrote the film screenplay.
The book contains original concept sketches and paintings that helped define the look of the movies goblins. It features over 100 different goblin designs, many of which didn’t even make it into the final film. Terry Jones provides humorous and irreverent descriptions of each creature, presenting the book as a ‘goblinological research’ study based on fictional archaeological findings.
The book is in good condition with some Stanish on the front cover which can be observed within the attached photos.
