This item has been tested, and is electrically safe, and working. The item comes in the original box with styrofoam surrounding it.
Please note: the rod that connects the sleigh to the top of the tree is missing, and pluto has broken off at his hind legs, but should be able to be glued back together with the sleigh piece. This item is priced as is.
