Beautiful vintage Chinese three-panel miniature folding screen featuring intricate relief and pierced carving throughout.
Each hinged panel depicts a different traditional figural scene, surrounded by geometric and scrolling decorative borders.
Seal style marks are present to the base.
Finished in a rich dark reddish-brown tone with attractive variation and patina. The three panels are joined by small metal hinges, allowing the screen to be displayed open or folded.
12.5cms high, 17.5 cms fully extended.
Ideal for a collector of Asian decorative arts or as a striking tabletop/display piece.
Condition: vintage pre-owned with age related surface wear and marks. Please refer to photographs as they form part of the description.
