In good preloved condition. 

Binoculars have lens caps and have clean lenses with no scratches. Binoculars have there own strap to wear around your neck. Binoculars have some paint wear around lenses where cap goes on. More of a cosmetic issue and not overly noticeable. See photos for more. 

Comes in its original leather bag. Bag is In good to fair condition. With some wear. 
No bag strap but could easily attach one from somewhere else.
