Vintage Japan Ceramic Green Pickles Salt & Pepper Shakers circa 1960's with both stoppers
Mid century kitsch comes to the kitchen with this cute anthropomorphic salt and pepper shaker set. Shaped like smiling green pickles (or peppers, cucumbers, gherkins), the glossy green shakers have moulded faces and little built in feet. Both stoppers are intact and secure - a rare find for sets of this vintage!
They are in great condition, but unfortunately there is paint loss on the eyes of one shaker - a steady hand and an artistic touch could possible restore.
They stand approx. 12 cm high.
