Beautifully Australian made vintage designer Jenny Bannister strapless bias cut dress. Fully boned across the bust, sheer over lay with ruffles, and asymmetric hem. Marked size 14, looks more like a modern 12. No stretch. Has some pulls on the top layer but these are not easily seen. Needs a steam/iron.
