Vintage Murano Millefiori Glass Bead Necklace - Hand-knotted Opera Length (80cm)
This mid-century vintage Murano Millefiori glass bead necklace features vibrant multi-coloured floral glass cane patterns, handcrafted onto deep black glass bases.
Designed with vintage craftsmanship, featuring traditional red thread hand-knotting between every single bead to prevent rubbing. Each bead is bracketed by decorative brass filigree caps, adding additional texture to the piece.
The necklace secures with it's original brass screw barrel clasp which shows a vintage patina.
Because of it's 80cm length, it can be worn as a single long strand, or doubled up for a layered choker look.
In excellent vintage condition, no chips or cracks to the beads and the knotting is strong and secure.
