This is a vintage dress with a button down front to maybe the knee and then open, one button is missing and one has just come off. It also has shoulder pads, high neck with collar. The hem has come down at the back and a small hole in the back as well. So it needs a little bit of work done, and you need to get out you very high boots with this one.
