It turns on and the blades turn but I’m not able to test with food.
The Thermomix TM31, produced between 2004 and 2014, is a versatile kitchen appliance combining functions like weighing, mixing, chopping, and heating (37°C to 100°C+, with Varoma for steaming). Known for durability, it uses manual controls rather than digital guided cooking. While officially discontinued and with limited spare parts availability as of 2024, it remains a popular, capable, and compact cooking tool.
