Preowned in extremely good conditionWWI Australian Army patch for Headquarters 3rd Australian Corps (active circa 1942 to 1944) features a small grey/khaki triangle inside a larger black triangle on a grey backing field. This was worn by staff and personnel attached to the 3rd Australian Corps during World War II deployment and homefront defence in Australia.
Based on research, this piece appears to be a genuine period original World War II artefact due to the construction and materials and stitching details.
