We are working hard to bring Full Circle Rewards to our network of over 400 stores over the next two months, and we thank you for your patience as we do so. Be sure to check our website for the latest updates about Full Circle Rewards coming to a store near you.
Here’s the latest updates for each state (last updated – 21 November 24):
NT, ACT, SA, TAS, WA & VIC
Full Circle Rewards is currently available in all stores in WA, SA, TAS, VIC, NT and ACT.
Full Circle Rewards will be replacing the existing Club Card program, and all active Club Card members have automatically had their membership transferred. Your Club Cardpoints balance as of 17 June 2024 has been transferred across to your new account and once Full Circle Rewards is available in your state, you can once again begin earning points on your purchases.
The temporary 5% discount made available during the Club Card program pause will be phased out as your store becomes active on the Full Circle Rewards program.
New members will be able to sign up to the Full Circle Rewards program once it is available in your state.

ACT, QLD & NSW
If you are based in ACT/QLD/NSW, you will be familiar with our paper-based loyalty card. Full Circle Rewards will be replacing this system & paper cards will be phased out. Paper cards will stop being issued on and honoured from the following dates:

In these states, you can sign up to Full Circle Rewards and begin earing & redeeming points on your purchases as soon as the program becomes available in your selected store.
Full Circle Rewards is currently available in select stores in QLD & NSW. Simply ask a team member in store to find out if Full Circle Rewards is available.
As we are rolling out store by store this may mean your local store could take a few weeks to have Full Circle Rewards active.
