When you join Full Circle Rewards, you'll earn rewards on eligible in-store purchases. Every purchase you make helps keep quality pre-loved items in circulation, supports a more sustainable future, and contributes to the work of The Salvation Army.
Sign up to Full Circle Rewards in-store and earn 5¢ in rewards for every dollar you spend on pre-loved items in-store. For example, spend $100 and you’ll earn $5 to use towards your next shop. In our circle, every purchase helps create positive change.
Shop eligible pre-loved items at any Salvos Stores and provide your details at checkout.
For every $1 spent on eligible purchases, you'll earn 5¢ in rewards to spend at Salvos Stores.

You can sign up to Full Circle Rewards for free at any Salvos Stores across Australia. Simply provide your details at checkout and join the Full Circle Rewards community. Membership is available to customers aged 16 years or over with a current Australian residential address. From there, you'll start earning rewards on eligible purchases while helping create positive social and environmental impact.
Full Circle Rewards is currently available in-store only. Rewards can be earned and redeemed on eligible purchases at any of our Salvos Stores
To earn rewards, simply provide your details at checkout when purchasing eligible pre-loved items at any Salvos Stores. You'll earn 5¢ in rewards for every $1 spent on eligible purchases. Rewards can’t be earned on the purchase of gift cards, new product or on monetary donations such as the Red Shield Appeal.
You can earn rewards on eligible pre-loved items purchased in-store. New items, gift cards and monetary donations, including donations to the Red Shield Appeal, are not eligible to earn rewards.
Yes, you can earn rewards when you pay using a gift card.
If you return an item, the rewards earned from that purchase will be deducted from your rewards balance. If those rewards have already been redeemed on another purchase before the return is processed, your rewards balance will go into a negative balance.
The easiest way to check your rewards balance is by speaking to a member of staff in one of our Salvos Stores. Your rewards balance will also appear on receipts for eligible in-store purchases. Alternatively, you can check your balance using our online form or by contacting is on 13 SALVOS (13 72 58).
Your rewards balance will expire if you do not earn or redeem any rewards for 12 consecutive months. If this occurs, we may also cancel your membership and close your account without prior notice.

The purchase of new items, gift cards and donations made to Red Shield Appeal in-store do not contribute to Full Circle Rewards Points.
