These beautiful mid-century vintage screw-back earrings feature highly polished, authentic Turritella Agate cabochons showcasing gorgeous cross-sections of prehistoric fossilized gastropod shells (Elimia tenera). One stone features a striking, eye-like circular fossil centre, while the other displays classic fluid spiral patterns. Designed for unpierced ears, they use traditional adjustable screw-back mechanisms. They come complete with their original vintage cardboard display backing and hand-written identification label. In good vintage condition. The stones are perfectly smooth with a high polish. The metal components show a natural vintage patina and light tarnish.
