• box and 5 instruction booklets included • missing approx 20ish little accessory pieces , as pictured in instruction manuals (including dog, fire bin, trolley, pieces on 2nd landing, 1 red pillar, fire truck ladder extension piece)
• has 3 x full mini figs and 2 x half mini figs plus a bag of little extra bits
• has 2 white substitute pieces (2 single white pieces instead of a double white piece) in the inside - not noticeable and still functional
• Lego will be sent as pictured but there is no guarantee that it will remain assembled when you get it due to shipping and handling
