English Skills Builder are workbooks designed to complement any English program by teaching and reinforcing the English skills students need at junior secondary level. English Skills Builder Book 1 covers five parts: speech, sentences, punctuation, words and editing. English Skills Builder Book 2 covers six parts: speech, sentences, punctuation, words, language and style, and drafting and editing. • 50 double-page units in each book address a particular aspect of grammar or language, and provide a range of exercises suitable for homework or classroom use • Each unit in the Student's Book opens with a concise explanation and examples of usage. Students then practice the relevant skills through a wide range of exercises, including creative activities and real-life tasks. • Units can be worked through sequentially, or individual units can be selected to support a particular class or student • Includes a removable answer section in the middle of the Student's Book. The new Teacher's Books provide answers to all the exercises in the Student's Books, photocopiable blackline master tests, revision and extension activities, and a glossary of terms.

This book is preowned but still has plenty of useful information to offer.
